Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hades dark web intelligence platform ("Platform"), operated by Aikos Technologies Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is provided exclusively for the following lawful purposes:

• Authorised law enforcement and intelligence operations
• Legitimate cybersecurity research and threat intelligence
• Academic research and study
• Authorised penetration testing and security assessments
• Corporate security and brand protection operations

You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform falls within one or more of the above categories and that you have all necessary authorisations to access the data provided.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable. Without limitation, you must not:

• Commercial redistribution: Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the data obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
• Illegal activities: Use the Platform to facilitate, promote, or engage in any criminal activity, including but not limited to the purchase of illegal goods or services, money laundering, or the exploitation of vulnerable persons.
• Automated access: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or any other automated means to access, scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Brute forcing: Attempt to enumerate, brute force, or systematically query addresses or identifiers in order to discover or map hidden services beyond legitimate research purposes.
• Denial of service: Overload, flood, or otherwise interfere with the availability or performance of the Platform.
• Circumvention: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, rate limits, access controls, or other protective measures implemented on the Platform.
• Impersonation: Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the purpose of your access to the Platform.
• Harmful actions: Use data obtained from the Platform to harass, threaten, stalk, or cause harm to any individual or organisation.

4. Rate Limiting and Access Controls

The Platform implements rate limiting and other access controls to ensure fair use and protect system integrity. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your access may be rate-limited, throttled, or temporarily suspended if usage patterns suggest abuse.
• We reserve the right to block or restrict access at our sole discretion without prior notice.
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls constitute a breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Aikos Technologies Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The underlying data presented through the Platform is derived from publicly accessible sources and is provided for informational purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all data provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption or error.
• The data provided is accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, Aikos Technologies Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on data or information obtained through the Platform.
• Any actions taken or decisions made based on data provided by the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to, alteration of, or loss of your data or transmissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aikos Technologies Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any breach of these Terms.

9. Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to applicable data protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your processing of any personal data obtained through the Platform complies with all applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
